La trazabilidad en la SCM: una revisión bibliográfica

Resumen

El objetivo del presente artículo fue el análisis sistemático sobre la trazabilidad en la gestión de la cadena de suministro (SCM), a partir de la revisión de artículos de investigación utilizando el software bibliométrico VOSviewer. De los resultados, se evidencia que la SCM juega un rol trascendental para el desarrollo y funcionamiento de una empresa u organización, puesto que, efectiviza la toma de decisiones durante la gestión empresarial. En ese marco, la tecnología blockchain se presenta como una estrategia de soporte para la trazabilidad del flujo de productos hacia los mercados. El blockchain facilita la simetría de información entre los agentes económicos durante el intercambio comercial de bienes y servicios, reduciendo los costos de transacción. Por tanto, la implementación de estrategias incrementa y mejora la competitividad de las distintas cadenas de suministros.
